PREAMBLE
The Embassy of the Republic of Kenya to the Kingdom of The Netherlands and accredited to The Czech Republic was opened in 1985. It is situated at Nieuwe Parklaan 21, in the City of The Hague, as both a bilateral and multilateral station. The Embassy’s responsibility is to promote and strengthen the relations between Kenya and the two countries of accreditation, namely, The Kingdom of The Netherlands, and the Czech Republic, as well as to articulate Kenya’s interests within the international organisations in the host country. Through this Charter, the Embassy makes a commitment to the provision of efficient and excellent service.

OUR SERVICE STANDARDS
We are committed to delivery of efficient and quality service:-
1) Contact by telephone
- When you contact us by phone, we shall be courteous and helpful at all times
- Answer your questions in full or if unable, take details and call you later within a reasonable time
- Return telephone messages promptly
2) Written correspondence/fax/e-mail
- Respond to you in a clear manner with accurate information
- Ensure you receive full reply within one week. If not, offer an explanation and when to expect the reply
- Respond to e-mail queries substantially
3) Visits
Customers visiting the Embassy will be:-
- Treated courteously and in confidence
- Met at the agreed time of the appointment
